Every lesson is private and tailored. After your first conversation with us, we'll build a plan around your swimmer's age, comfort level, and goals.

Little Ones

Young children being gently introduced to the water for the first time — bubbles, floating, kicking, and lots of smiles.

Beginners

Water comfort and safety first. Breathing, floating, treading, and the foundations of freestyle and backstroke.

All Ages & Skill Levels

Kids, teens, and adults welcome. Build endurance, confidence, and a love of swimming at your own pace.

Competitive Refinement

Already swimming on a team? Drills and feedback on all four strokes, starts, turns, and stroke efficiency.

Lessons take place at your pool or at a neighbor's pool you've arranged. We're based in Belle Mead and travel locally by bike, so lessons are limited to the immediate Belle Mead area.
